We handle the full AV design, bid package, cross-trade documentation, and commissioning. You get professional drawings, structured bids, and a system that works without the guesswork.

The integrator handles what requires licensing and expertise; cable infrastructure, rigging, PA systems, and rack builds. We write the scope so they bid fairly and deliver exactly what was designed.

Under our oversight, your volunteers handle appropriate install tasks: hanging fixtures, mounting cameras, running displays. They learn the system as they build it.

We structure your bids so integrators compete on equal footing. Volunteer-appropriate scopes are separated out, variable scopes are clearly identified. No more apples-to-oranges proposals.
