Our Vision

Selah AV Design exists to serve the local church with the same faithfulness they pour into their congregation bringing honest guidance, professional design, and a steady hand to every project, so that churches can stop being overwhelmed and start being equipped.

How it works

  • We handle the full AV design, bid package, cross-trade documentation, and commissioning. You get professional drawings, structured bids, and a system that works without the guesswork.

  • The integrator handles what requires licensing and expertise; cable infrastructure, rigging, PA systems, and rack builds. We write the scope so they bid fairly and deliver exactly what was designed.

  • Under our oversight, your volunteers handle appropriate install tasks: hanging fixtures, mounting cameras, running displays. They learn the system as they build it.

  • The church saves tens of thousands in labor costs. Volunteers gain real ownership of their systems. And you end up with a professionally designed, properly commissioned AV system, not a guess.

What we offer

AV Design Package
$7,500.00

Full system design including drawings, schematics, equipment schedules, and cross-trade documentation. Everything an integrator needs to bid accurately and everything a church needs to understand what they're buying.

Volunteer Labor PM
$4,000.00

We coordinate, schedule, and oversee your volunteer crews on appropriate install tasks. Safe, productive, and educational; your volunteers leave knowing how to operate what they helped build.

Bid Package Development
$15,000.00

We structure your bids so integrators compete on equal footing. Volunteer-appropriate scopes are separated out, variable scopes are clearly identified. No more apples-to-oranges proposals.

Full Service
$25,000.00

Design, bid support, volunteer PM, and commissioning: all under one roof. The complete Selah model, from first drawing to final training. Ideal for new builds and major renovations.


Why

Churches are making six and seven-figure AV decisions with little to no technical advocacy on their side. Integrators have every incentive to sell more than what's needed. Volunteers are left maintaining systems they don't understand. And budgets that could have served the congregation for years get consumed before the first Sunday.
